The position offers a competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000, and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is necessary.

Quantity Surveyor – High-End Residential

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a well-established high-end residential main contractor. Specialising in luxury and refurbishments, they are looking for a numbers-driven QS to support cost management from tender through to project completion.

The Role:

Assisting with cost management across multiple high-end residential projects
Managing procurement, valuations, variations, and cost reporting
Supporting subcontractor management and contract administration
Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Working closely with senior QSs, site teams, and project managers

What We're Looking For:

A motivated QS with a strong foundation in cost management
JCT contract experience is essential
Experience working for a high-end residential or bespoke main contractor is required
Proficiency in Bluebeam & Excel
UK experience managing costs across construction projects
