The right Maintenance Shift Managerwill support the maintenance shift teamwithin a site-based environment while leading a team consisting of a shift leader, skilled maintenance engineers, and maintenance assistants.
Maintenance Shift Manager
- Manage the shift team in day-to-day activities
- Lead while managing customer expectations
- Ensure that all the site equipment and machinery are maintained, and repaired within the agreed scope
- Ensuring delivery to always achieve KPI targets
- Undertake AMHE equipment servicing to the quality standards and time schedules set
- Compliance with Health & Safety legislation always
- Always looking for continuous improvement and enhancement opportunities
- Ensure spares are kept to the levels required
- Fully interact with other engineering team leaders to ensure consistency across shifts while sharing best practices.
- The successful Maintenance Shift Managerwill have previous experience within an electrical/mechanical site-based engineering, automation, or manufacturing environment.
- ONC, HNC, HND, BSC OR MSC in engineering
- Understanding of PLC equipment
