About the Role:We are looking for a Group Finance Accounts Administrator to join clients finance team on a temporary basis, providing critical support. The role involves data, ensuring accuracy and safeguarding the integrity of data across group suppliers and subcontractors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong eye for detail and a proactive approach to work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough checks on submitted data to ensure all necessary approvals and verification checks are complete.
  • Safeguard the accuracy of master data, challenging discrepancies where necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to share and manage workloads effectively.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely input of subcontractor insurances and schemes while adhering to company policies.
  • Maintain process controls to meet deadlines for data entry, ensuring data is complete and error-free.
