Maths Teacher Job - North West Leicestershire-based School

- Timetable: Teach Maths at KS3 and KS4
Hays are in partnership with an Ofsted-rated 'Good' Academy located in North West Leicestershire. They are looking for a dedicated Maths Teacher to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons to students at KS3 and KS4, with the ability to teach KS5 being highly desirable.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and stimulating learning environment.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
