Job Title: Children's Residential Support WorkerLocation: CoalvilleSalary: £12.50 per hour + £60 per sleep-in

Our client is recruiting a dedicated Children's Residential Support Worker for their 3-bed learning disabilities service in Coalville. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day care and emotional support in a safe, supportive environment
  • Implement individual care plans to meet the specific needs of children
  • Participate in recreational and educational activities to promote personal development
  • Work a flexible rolling shift pattern, including sleep-ins, ensuring continuous support

Shift Pattern:

  • Rolling rota of 1 day on, 2 days off (including sleep-ins)
  • Shifts operate between 7:30 am and 11:00 pm

Requirements:

  • Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Children’s Care (or equivalent)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • A caring, compassionate approach to supporting children with learning disabilities
