- Manage and investigate day-to-day ASB incidents from initial report through to resolution.
- Draft formal notices, write detailed reports, and maintain accurate case records using Sentinel ASB.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including the Joint Action Group, to develop and implement ASB reduction initiatives.
- Stay ahead of evolving legislation and provide guidance on community safety policies.
- Engage with the public and stakeholders to support community safety and address concerns effectively.
- Previous experience resolving ASB through investigation, negotiation, and enforcement.
- Solid knowledge of ASB legislation and understanding of the court process.
- Confident handling multi-agency casework and safeguarding concerns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to influence stakeholders, prioritise workload, and work under pressure.
