- Carrying out pre-tenancy interviews
- Promoting independence with all customers
- Be first point of contact for tenants
- Arrange any repairs and monitor quality in all schemes
- Complete health and safety, fire safety assessments
- Advice tenants with money management/benefit issues
- From a supported housing background or previous experience
- Good communication and leadership skills. Be able to show compassion and support to the venerable
- Experience in helping people apply for benefits to maximise their income
- This role requires a basic DBS clearance
