- Asset Management Support Officer
- Salary: Between 13.29 to 13.74 per hour
- Location: LE67, Leicester
- Hours: Monday-Friday- 8:45am - 5pm
- Till 30th November
The job involves responding to telephone calls from council tenants and the scheduling of repairs work to their council properties. You will be given training to help you with diagnosing repairs and scheduling both simple and more complex repairs, however experience within the field of Housing Repairs would be advantageous.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To provide telephone call handling and repairs and maintenance diagnosis services
- To support high quality systems administration to support the service
- To help ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and statutory requirements governing areas of responsibility
- To provide the works scheduling service
- To support financial management and the effective delivery of service budgets
- To support the development and maintenance of the HRA business plan
