Supply Chain Coordinator – Temporary 

Location: Coalville, North Leicester Pay: £12.50 – £14.00 per hour Contract: Temporary until June 2025 (37.5 hours per week)

SF Recruitment is working with a well-established logistics company in Coalville, looking for a Supply Chain / Logistics Coordinator to support their operations during a peak period. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to gain hands-on logistics experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management – Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners at all levels.Logistics Support – Assist in monitoring service providers' performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure smooth operations.Process Improvement – Identify ways to streamline logistics and administrative processes for maximum efficiency.Administrative Support – Manage and track quotes, invoices, and other essential documents.Event Logistics – Play a key role in coordinating logistics for seasonal peaks.Strategic Contribution – Support the wider department strategy as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong administrative experience, ideally within a fast-moving environment.Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and Word.Highly adaptable, with the ability to manage changing priorities during peak periods.Strong communication skills, with confidence in liaising with multiple stakeholders.
