We are seeking a proactive and professional individual to join us as a temporary Front of House Receptionist. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, personable, and able to manage a variety of administrative tasks with ease.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Directing deliveries and managing personnel at the reception
- Coordinating lunch bookings and meeting room schedules
- Taking meeting minutes as needed
- Performing administrative duties, including filing and general housekeeping
Requirements:
- Prior experience with Excel and Outlook is ideal
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- A friendly and welcoming attitude with a focus on customer service
Pay Rate:11.44 per hour - 12.82 per hour
Duration:12 weeks minimum
