The Dispatch Operative Position:
Prepare and Load shipments in containers and unloading containers. Safely operating forklift trucks and other equipment. Careful loading and unloading of high value parts and large components into vehicles and containers using forklift trucks. Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping within the stores and warehouse, using own initiative for maintaining a clean and tidy yard and warehouse. Manual handling of stock following company procedures and always adhering to Health and Safety standards. Manage the receipting of all incoming goods into the stores and warehouse. Movement of parts and components between sites and warehouses using company vehicles.
The Ideal Candidate for the Dispatch Operative position:
Previous industrial yard experience. Experience with loading and unloading containersFork Lift Truck driving experience. Full UK driving license. Have Literacy, numeracy and IT skills. Possess a fitness level required for manual handling.
