As Technical Solutions Consultant, the primary focus is to support customers and the sales team with any technical product knowledge required. The purpose of the role is to assist customers in identifying the best product to suit their needs from a technical standpoint. Due to the nature of the products, proven experience and knowledge of payment solutions would be a strong advantage, however any technical knowledge when it comes to software or electronics hardware would be well suited too.

Salary: Starting salary of c£40,000 to £45,000 + bonus (c£5,000) + company car + 25 days holiday + pension scheme + free gym + other benefits

This Technical Solutions Consultantjob will suit:

• Excellent communication skills and have the ability to convey technical information to customers / colleagues.
• Proven experience working within a technical support position.
• Strong analytical skills and methodical.
• Knowledge and experience of payment standards such as PCI DSS, and P2PE would be an advantage.

• Work alongside wider management and compile associated reports.
