As the Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the design process for a range of high-profile building projects. Acting as the bridge between architects, engineers, subcontractors, and project teams, you will ensure all design elements are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on diverse projects in commercial, residential, and industrial sectors, making a significant impact in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the entire design process from inception to project completion.
  • Collaborate with clients to interpret their vision into actionable design plans.
  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
  • Review and manage design documentation, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and external consultants to deliver coordinated design solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate design risks while resolving issues proactively.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while promoting innovative and sustainable solutions.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in design management, ideally within a main contractor environment but Architects & Design Engineers with relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
  • Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design/project management tools, with strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Building Standards, Planning Regulations, and Health & Safety requirements.
  • Qualifications: Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
