Production Operators, Coatbridge, 14.65 per hour inclusive of Shift Allowance

What you'll be doing:

As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your tasks will include:

Assembling parts and components in line with Standard Operating Procedures
Carrying out quality checks at various stages of process to ensure high standards maintained
Logging production data to support performance monitoring and continuous improvement efforts
Use of measuring equipment to weigh, measure and examine all parts and products
Ensuring a safe, tidy and clean working environment maintained
Adhering to relevant health and safety regulations when operating machinery and handling products
Working to operational procedures and within production timelines
Working as part of a team to drive continuous improvement across production processes
General manufacturing tasks as directed

Full time hours with a competitive pay rate of 14.65 per hour
Opportunity to work regular overtime at great rates
A rotational shift pattern working Early Shift & Back Shift
An early finish / shorter shift on a Friday
