NAS Recruitment are currently recruiting Class 1 drivers for our clients based in Coatbridge and Surrounding areas, with immediate starts available. These companies can run a 24hr operation, Flexibility would be an advantage
The roles involves the Store deliveries throughout Scotland and Northern England. Please note some of these positions will involve a degree of manual handling due to the nature of goods being delivered. This will involve the use of manual pump trucks, rolling cages and operating tail lifts.
Requirements
- Valid driving licence with Cat C+E entitlement (with a minimum of 6 months experience and no more than 6 penalty points for insurance purposes).
- Digital tachograph and Drivers CPC.
- A strong understanding of current Drivers Hours and WTD legislation.
- The ability to drive in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to health and safety procedures at all times.
- A flexible attitude to work, and the ability to work as part of a team.
Candidates MUST have at least 6 months experience on their licence in the last year.
Please note candidates will be required to complete a driving assessment for this role. Candidates will also be required to pass a D&A test at induction.
Rates of pay start from £15.70 to £41.86.
