Anderson Knight are pleased to be recruiting for a Full Time Customer Service.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional level of customer experience, ensuring best-in-class customer service standards are maintained at all times.
  • Process customer service activities, ensuring relevant timescales are met, including:
    • The daily collection of rentals by direct debit.
    • Issuing welcome letters and various correspondence to customers.
    • Managing CCA regulatory statements to customers, ensuring completion within the relevant timescales.
    • Ensuring all customer details are accurate in the system, with updates reflecting any changes advised by customers.
    • Efficiently issuing finance settlement quotes as requested, in line with departmental KPIs.
    • Handling customer queries.
  • Abide by contractual processes in line with FCA regulations regarding early termination, the unwind process, and vehicle finance cancellations.
  • Ensure all customer calls and communications are accurately logged in the system.
  • Ensure accurate Credit Reference Agency reporting and submission of files by or before the deadline date.
  • Manage daily asset registration files, ensuring assets are appropriately secured and records are updated or deleted when necessary.
  • Address customer requests and queries promptly and consistently across various communication channels.
  • Maintain accurate customer data while adhering to Data Protection and GDPR requirements.
  • Keep up-to-date with operational and compliance policies and guidelines through training sessions and updates on regulatory and legislative changes.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting while monitoring departmental trends.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster good working relationships within the team and across the organisation. Encourage excellent customer relationships to maximise business service levels. Maintain a positive attitude to achieve shared objectives and service standards.
