Nexus Resource Solutions are working in partnership with a well-established fabrication company in the Coatbridge area.
Due to a strong order book they require a Steel Dresser to join on a temp to perm basis to help with the workload. This will last for 6 months before going on the books. Please note this is a backshift position.
The Candidate:
The candidate will be used to working in a busy engineering environment. They must have a great work ethic and be able to work well with others. Please only apply if youve worked in a similar fabrication environment before.
Duties:
- Dressing steel plate-Essential
- Grinding
- Keeping workshop tidy
- Using overhead crane-training can be provided
Hours/Rates:
- 4-day week
- 12pm-11pm Mon-Thu
- 9.5hr working day
- 38hr week
- Overtime available
Rates
- Basic Rate is £13.50ph + £1.62ph holiday pay =£15.12ph total
- Backshift rate is £17.55ph + £1.62ph holiday pay = £19.17ph
- Overtime is x1.5 of the £13.50ph rate. £20.25ph
