Description
- Oversee and improve manufacturing processes within the organisation.
- Collaborate with other engineers and departments to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Utilise industry knowledge to implement innovative manufacturing solutions.
- Actively participate in cross-functional teams to address and solve manufacturing issues.
- Develop and implement systems that optimise all phases of the production process.
- Assess and analyse current production methods and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations.
Profile
A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:
- A degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial / manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
