Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Engineering Manager to join our clients team in their site in Central Belt Scotland, to lead our engineering division within the FMCG industry. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of high-quality engineering services and implement innovative strategies to improve productivity.

• Leading and managing the Engineering & Manufacturing team.
• Developing and implementing engineering strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Overseeing the delivery of engineering services and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborating with other departments to achieve company objectives.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation specifically within automation.
• Managing budgets and resources effectively.

Profile

A successful Engineering Manager should have:

• A degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience in a managerial role within the Engineering & Manufacturing sector, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• A track record of implementing successful engineering strategies.
• Excellent budgeting and resource management skills.
