Are you a Maintenance Engineer from a manufacturing/ production background looking to join a well-established market leader who are looking to invest in someone with great training to give short and long term career prospects, allowing you to progress into a management position?

This company are a well-established manufacturer who are part of a wider group. Due to continued growth they are looking for someone to join as part of their growth plans.
In this role you will be leading a team of approximately 7 direct reports in the day to day maintenance and servicing of production equipment. You will also be hands on carrying out planned maintenance and repair for yourself as well.
The role would suit a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer from a manufacturing/ production background looking to progress your career into a Chief Engineer/ Engineering Manager position. Candidates who already have experience in these roles and are happy also being hands on are encouraged to apply.
The Role:
*Monday - Friday, days based shift
*Based in production/ manufacturing environment
*Hands on service and maintenance of production equipment
*Leadership of maintenance team
The Person:
*Experience as a maintenance engineer
*Worked in a Production/ Manufacturing environment
*Wants to step into a leadership role or previously has leadership experience
