- Degree Qualified Quantity Surveyor (minimum 2 years post qualification experience)
- Steel background desirable but not essential
- Specialist sub-contracting experience desirable
- NEC3/4 Contract understanding and use.
- Ability to review and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
- Contract / project management ability.
- Commercial acumen, pre and post contract
- Change control management.
- Project cost value reconciliation, risk management
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Driving License for site visits
