Using a proven project management strategy, they can provide project management services worldwide. Due to expansion of services and client workload an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team.This position would suit an ambitious individual who is keen to get involved in all areas of the business, managing client expectations and working with the Management Team to explore new avenues of business.Requirements
  • Degree Qualified Quantity Surveyor (minimum 2 years post qualification experience)
  • Steel background desirable but not essential
  • Specialist sub-contracting experience desirable
  • NEC3/4 Contract understanding and use.
  • Ability to review and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
  • Contract / project management ability.
  • Commercial acumen, pre and post contract
  • Change control management.
  • Project cost value reconciliation, risk management
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Driving License for site visits
