SRG are delighted to be working with a leading engineering and manufacturing company based in North Lanarkshire who are looking to add multi-skilled maintenance engineers to their team.

The company design and manufacture parts for the aerospace and defence sectors and are undergoing a sustained period of growth.

The role

As a multi-skilled maintenance engineer your primary responsibility will be to ensure the maintenance of production machinery & equipment, carrying out fault finding & repair tasks on a wide variety of equipment (including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic & hydraulic). You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to ensure down-time is kept to an absolute minimum on the company's high volume production facility.

This role operates on an early/back rotational shift pattern working either 06.00 - 14.00 or 14.00-22.00 Mon-Thu with a half day on a Friday with a basic salary of 45,000 with a shift allowance of 20% on top of this

The right candidate

  • Electrically certified is desirable
  • Demonstrable experience in fault finding and equipment repair
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience on hydraulic, pneumatic and/or mechanical equipment
