We are working with a dynamic and growing SME, committed to delivering exceptional products/services to their clients. They are seeking a Finance Manager to join their small finance tea to drive their financial strategy and operations. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.Manage the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial stability.Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.Collaborate with the Company Director to develop long-term financial strategies and business plans.Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and investment activities.Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as required.Monitor and manage financial risks, ensuring the company’s financial health and sustainability. 

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) preferred.Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role within an SME environment.Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial management practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a small finance team.High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
