The Project Accountant will be responsible for assisting in the management of client budgeting, reconciliations and final close in the accounting system, client invoicing and general reporting as required (internal and external), all in accordance with specific Client SLA’s and within agreed timelines. developing and driving a best-in-class finance function.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Keep project financial records updated.
- Assist with client budgets and invoices.
- Manage supplier payments.
- Help with project reconciliations.
- Resource Management
- Allocate resources to projects.
- Enter timesheet data weekly.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a project accounting role
- Ideally experience working within an agency
- AAT Qualified or Part Qualified CIMA or ACCA
