Our client, a highly successful niche manufacturing business, are looking to recruit a self-motivated and experienced part time Accounts Assistant, reporting directly into the Financial Controller, where you will assist in ensuring the company's financial operations back up their ambitious growth objectives.
Working circa 20 hours per week, you can choose which days and which hours, but the role is office based, in Cobham, Surrey, with free parking.
Your duties will include:
- Customer invoicing and chasing debtors
- Sales & purchase ledger posting and reconciliation
- Credit Card and expense postings
- Managing and reconciling the company accounts
- Assisting in the preparation of the companies statutory returns
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate:
- 2-3 years finance experience in a similar environment, AAT Qualified would be advantageous
- Good IT and Excel skills
- Living locally to Cobham
