We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Customer Services Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our Sales Managers and the Office Manager with a variety of administrative tasks. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering high-quality support, we would love to hear from you.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Ensure quality within all administrative functions.
  • Support and assist all Sales Managers with daily tasks.
  • Assist the Office Manager as required.
  • Generate accurate and timely quotations for clients.
  • Assist with all sales invoicing and processing sales orders efficiently.
  • Handle customer phone calls and emails, providing exceptional service.
  • Provide holiday cover for other office department positions, excluding Finance.
  • Manage and coordinate hospital courses and exhibitions.
  • Coordinate bookings for demonstration equipment.
  • Organise loans of table-top microscopes and ensure smooth handling of bookings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar customer support or administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in office software and administrative systems.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
  • Good health and the physical ability to carry out all duties.
