Customer Services Administrator

- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Customer Services Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our Sales Managers and the Office Manager with a variety of administrative tasks. Day-to-day of the role:
- Ensure quality within all administrative functions.
- Support and assist all Sales Managers with daily tasks.
- Assist the Office Manager as required.
- Generate accurate and timely quotations for clients.
- Assist with all sales invoicing and processing sales orders efficiently.
- Handle customer phone calls and emails, providing exceptional service.
- Provide holiday cover for other office department positions, excluding Finance.
- Manage and coordinate hospital courses and exhibitions.
- Coordinate bookings for demonstration equipment.
- Organise loans of table-top microscopes and ensure smooth handling of bookings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar customer support or administrative role.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in office software and administrative systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
- Good health and the physical ability to carry out all duties.
