Sales Coordinator
- Location: Chessington (5 days onsite)

- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our client's Office Sales Administration team. Reporting to the Office Manager, this role is pivotal in supporting Sales Managers and handling general office administration tasks. The ideal candidate will be a central figure in ensuring smooth operations within the sales department and across the office.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Maintain high standards of quality within all administrative tasks.
- Provide support and assistance to all Sales Managers.
- Assist the Office Manager with various tasks as required.
- Generate accurate and timely quotations for clients.
- Process sales orders, purchase orders, and handle invoicing.
- Assist with periodic stock counts and inventory management.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls and emails efficiently.
- Provide holiday cover for other office administration staff as needed.
- Coordinate company attendance at courses and exhibitions.
- Manage bookings for demonstration equipment and loan of Table-top microscopes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer support or coordination role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong numeracy and grammar skills.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with accounting software and CRM systems like Salesforce is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good health and ability to perform all physical aspects of the role.
