Vacancy: NEW HOMESSALES MANAGER (SHARED OWNERSHIP)– Residential Estate Agency

Location: Leatherhead, KT21

Salary: OTE £40k +

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has Estate Agency and team management experience and who lives within easy reach of the Leatherhead area.

You will be managing a team of New Homes Sales Negotiators - so previous estate agency experience is essential and the ability to win new instructions for your team to sell.

You will need to be passionate, energetic, enthusiastic, and be able to motivate and get the best out of your team. You will manage the day to day running of the sales business and will be able to self-motivate and drive the business to a high level.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, driven and personable with an excellent track record of bringing houses to market, gaining and winning new instructions and helping to drive a property sales business forward.

Whilst an experienced manager level candidate is preferred, this could also be a great promotional opportunity for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Sales Manager who is a great instruction winner and who has some supervisory experience as well. If you are ready to step up – pick up the phone!

Skills required for this New Homes Sales Manager (Shared Ownership) role will include:

  • Previous experience as a Residential Sales Manager
  • Shared ownership experience beneficial
  • Listing / Valuations experience
  • Good understanding of the sales process
  • Excellent ability to build rapport
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Motivated to achieve and exceed targets
  • Ability to manage own time effectively
  • Ability to listen to customers and meet their needs/requirements when buying and selling a property
  • Managing, motivating and developing a team
  • Full Driving Licence
