Salary: 30k Full time 

I am working with a small, dynamic company with a dedicated team of 11 in total. They are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join them to support their financial and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:Bookkeeping Duties:•    Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.•    Process accounts payable and receivable, chasing payments and invoices•    Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow•    Prepare and submit VAT returns•    HMRC queries •    Assist with monthly payslips for 11 staff•    Creating reports and spreadsheets on Excel •    Generate financial reports and statementsOther / General: •    Manage office supplies and inventory.•    Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence. •    Maintain and organize company files and records.•    Provide general administrative support to the team. 

Qualifications:•    Proven experience in a Bookkeeping position•    Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite.•    Strong organizational and time management skills.•    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.•    Good communication and interpersonal skills.•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
