Job specification:

  • This is is UNIQUE opportunity to join an exciting growing business in a vibrant office enviroment
  • Conduct online research to identify potential new leads and business opportunities.
  • Investigate prospects' needs and determine key decision-makers for purchasing.
  • Build strong working relationships with prospects and affiliates.
  • Negotiate and finalise business deals with clients.
  • Address customer needs and oversee the sales process.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Schedule and organise meetings with clients.
  • Plan and support new marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in strategy meetings and provide valuable input.
  • Offer suggestions for product improvements and development.

Person specification:

  • 2 years + experience in business development.
  • Proficient in utilising LinkedIn and tools like Sales Navigator.
  • Extensive experience in selling and pitching, both over the phone and in person.
  • Skilled in preparing and delivering pitches to buyers and similar stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a positive outlook, driven to succeed, with a strong attention to detail and focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Adept at understanding customers' needs, motivations, and concerns, and building strong rapport to close sales.
  • Highly proficient with computers and comfortable using CRM systems (experience with Pipe Drive is a plus, but not required).
  • Must be sales-driven and motivated by high earning potential.
  • Demonstrated track record of success.
