Kenneth Brian Associates are looking for an experienced leader to drive growth, streamline operations, and enhance service quality for a company within the travel industry. Acting as a strategic partner to the Directors, this role aligns teams around key initiatives, ensuring efficient operations that support the company’s growth and long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Partner with Directors to shape company goals, aligning cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and promote continuous improvement.
  • Project & Operations Oversight: Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring quality, budget control, and timely execution; lead Business Development and Operations functions.
  • Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, report on progress, and ensure financial targets are met while optimising operational efficiency.
  • Team & Culture Development: Foster a positive company culture, support leadership development, and improve employee engagement.
Ideal Candidate:
  • 5+ years in senior management within the travel industry or related sectors ideally.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, project management, and communication abilities.
  • Full-time, fully office based in Leatherhead.
