Job Title: Facilities Coordinator - Inbound and Outbound Support

Location: Leatherhead (with on-site parking)

Job Description:Our client, a leading and fast-paced facilities management company, is seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role involves managing inbound and outbound communications, ensuring that customer requests and engineer schedules are effectively handled.

You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for understanding their needs and coordinating with engineers across a range of services, including electrical, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and drainage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Call Handling: Receive calls from clients, understand their facility-related needs, and ensure that issues are accurately recorded.
  • Outbound Coordination: Proactively liaise with engineers to schedule and coordinate appointments, providing them with clear job instructions.
  • Fault Management: Record detailed fault information and relay these accurately to the relevant engineers for prompt resolution.
  • Diary Management: Organize and update engineer diaries to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Communication: Serve as a strong link between clients and engineers, ensuring a smooth flow of information.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong Communicator: Clear, confident, and comfortable speaking with both clients and engineers.
  • Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks, appointments, and time-sensitive situations.
  • IT Literate: Comfortable using office software to update records, manage calendars, and track job progress.

Experience & Training:

  • While previous experience in facilities or a similar role is beneficial, full training will be provided.
