We have an exciting opportunity for a confident, highly organised Administrator to join a very successful, international business with modern offices in Leatherhead. The role is Sales Administrator and the focus is to support the field sales team with all aspects of Administration, providing the highest possible standard of service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to requests from field sales team
  • Responding to customer queries including enquiries relating to end of contract, account queries, statements etc
  • Preparing documents and presentations
  • Preparing monthly and ad hoc reporting ensuring deadlines are met
  • Processing invoices and payments

This role requires outstanding communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload under time constraints.

We are looking for someone with proven Administration skills, ideally with previous experience in a Sales Support role. Experience within Financial Services would be advantageous.
