The role is Sales Administrator and the focus is to support the field sales team with all aspects of Administration, providing the highest possible standard of service.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to requests from field sales team
- Responding to customer queries including enquiries relating to end of contract, account queries, statements etc
- Preparing documents and presentations
- Preparing monthly and ad hoc reporting ensuring deadlines are met
- Processing invoices and payments
This role requires outstanding communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload under time constraints.
We are looking for someone with proven Administration skills, ideally with previous experience in a Sales Support role. Experience within Financial Services would be advantageous.
