Role Overview

As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to clients, managing orders, and providing administrative support. You will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, ensuring smooth order processing, and assisting the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily management of assigned customers, including processing orders and scheduling deliveries
  • Liaising closely with the Sales team to ensure seamless customer service
  • Monitoring orders and verifying deliveries to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Providing product knowledge and support to clients
  • Keeping customers informed about order statuses and contracts
  • Resolving customer queries and handling complaints in a professional manner
  • Supporting the Sales team with administrative tasks as required
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties to assist the wider team

Experience Ideally Required for This Role:

  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Experience using in-house systems, SAP, or account management software (highly beneficial)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
