Customer Service Administrator

How would you like to work with a fast-growing business in a fun loving and friendly team? Working within the customer service team, you would be providing a seamless service to customers while maintaining high standards of efficiency, accuracy and professionalism. The role requires a sharp eye for detail, the ability to manage end-to-end order processing with exceptional customer service skills and credit control support.

Job description:

  • Accurately handle all stages of the order cycle, from receiving orders to the final delivery
  • Assist and follow up on outstanding invoices to maintain a healthy cashflow
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, providing solutions
  • Work closely with the sales, operations and finance team
  • Maximize sales opportunities

Person specification:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient use of CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite and Sage
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and part of a team.
  • GCSE Maths and English grade 5 or above
  • Proven experience in order processing, credit control or a similar role
