Advancing People - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for their client based in Cobham, Surrey.
Our client is a market leading supplier within the bike industry, providing high quality products directly to consumers (bike riders) as well as retail partners. As a Customer Service Advisor it will be your responsibility to work with clients providing excellent customer service via phone or email and ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support customer & partner inquiries via email, phone and in person.
- Recognize information that can be tracked and analysed to improve understanding of dealer inquiries.
- Process orders received via the telephone, fax, e-mail or internet
- Contribute to building situation-based decision matrices.
- Educate partners on various products and services available to them.
- Support Sales and Rep teams as required.
- Opportunity to get involved with internal events and external community partnerships.
Person Specification:
- Excited about biking and getting involved in the bike industry.
- Strong customer focus and professional approach
- Love building relationships, and supporting customers
- Ability to be able to communicate effectively with a positive attitude
- Are self-directed and take pride in your work.
- High attention to details and highly organised administratively.
- Prior experience in account management/customer services is an advantage
This is a full time permanent position offering an annual salary of £27,500 + attractive company benefits
Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.
