Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-orientated person to join their team who are committed to giving a great service to both existing and potential new clients.

Job Description:

  • Check details on supplier invoices and process.
  • Process and generate sales invoices ensuring specific customer requirements are met
  • Forecast and manage customer stocks, ensuring printer and customer’s needs are met
  • Generate Monthly Usage reports
  • Assist with annual audits
  • Receive and respond to customer enquiries ensuring suitable products are sourced and achieve best pricing from suppliers
  • Build good relationships with customers and keep regular contact to help generate sales
  • Attend sales and accounts meetings
  • Work as part of a team, ensuring good relationships with colleagues
  • Assist colleagues where required and support Sales team
  • Assist accounts department with requested stock checks.
  • Process customer orders and purchase orders
  • Liaise with credit control and follow any necessary procedures

Person Specification:

  • Good MS office skills - Excel in particular
  • Previous office-based experience
  • Well organized - able to prioritise
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong customer service skills
