Exciting opportunity to join our client’s growing team as a Resident Manager where you will be accountable for providing an exceptional and seamless resident experience.

  • Based in Leatherhead

Job specification:

  • Conduct property viewings, ensuring smooth transition from inquiry to reservation for optimal occupancy.
  • Communicate confidently with prospective tenants, current residents, and all relevant parties.
  • Provide exceptional service from initial inquiry through move-in and throughout the residency.
  • Drive customer satisfaction across platforms (Zendesk, Google, Homeviews, HubSpot).
  • Achieve targets for occupancy, pricing, revenue, and NPS.
  • Complete inventory check-ins/outs using Inventory Base.
  • Inspect properties for maintenance standards and report issues.
  • Manage the move-out process and deposit release via TDS Custodial scheme.
  • Ensure accurate data recording and adherence to policies.
  • Support resident events, office functions, and holiday cover duties.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  • Manage utility bills for void units and coordinate with utility companies.
  • Oversee parcel/postal deliveries, ensuring compliance with processes.

Person specification:

  • ARLA or equivalent qualification (Level 3 essential, Level 4 desirable).
  • Proven experience in customer service within lettings/property management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry systems (e.g., Yardi, RentCafe, HubSpot).
  • Experience in property viewings and leasing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, engaging confidently with all stakeholders.
  • Solution-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and able to manage pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
