Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional with strong employee relations to join their HR team. This role is pivotal in providing critical ER support, ensuring effective management and support of their people.Within this role, you will handle cases related to sickness, disciplinary actions, grievances, capability, and appeals to successful outcomes.

You will ensure timely and accurate administration of all ER activities, including drafting letters, preparing hearing packs, and taking meeting notes. Staying updated on employment law, company terms, and organisational policies is essential.

You will participate in key business activities such as acquisitions, TUPE transfers, redundancies, and restructures. Managing Data Subject Access Requests, including data collation, redaction, and consultation with external solicitors, is part of the role.

Identifying and managing risks, upskilling line managers, and developing workshops or support materials are also important responsibilities. Confidentiality must be maintained at all times. Keeping the HR casework database up to date and accurate and compiling monthly activity reports is required.

You will assist the HR Business Partner with activities like employee surveys and annual salary reviews. Additionally, you will contribute to the HR Advisor network across the across, sharing best practices.This is a fast-paced and rewarding role focused on providing comprehensive HR advice, guidance, and support on a range of HR activities.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience within employee relations in a similar role, providing both remote and face-to-face advice. Effective communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and integrate HR policies and best practices are essential. You should possess empathy, determination, resilience, and confidence in leading projects.
