Event Delegate Manager - Delegate Registration Manager

A global communication/event agency are looking for an experienced Delegate Manager

You will be responsible for all service excellence with a focus on delivering the event registration, attendee management and technology service.

You will manage all client and attendee data, lead on all client update calls.

Attend kick-off meetings internally and externally to understand the clients and project requirements.

Supporting clients on technically driven aspects of events including virtual events.

Work closely with IT teams to implement solutions.

Travel to assist client events onsite UK and Worldwide

Work closely with supplier to meet deadlines

Produce project timeline working closely with Project Manager.

Ideally have experience of Cvent technology
