Junior Personal Assistant - Leatherhead

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a confident individual on behalf of a small but well established business in the Financial Services sector based in Leatherhead. The postholder will be responsible for providing administration and PA support to their financial advisors. A great opportunity for a junior with administrative experience looking to progress within a PA role!

Duties Include:

  • Preperation and submission of new business files
  • Diary management including booking of appointments
  • Administration support to the financial advisers including Pensions, Investments and Insurance
  • Client report writing
  • Client liaison through phones call and emails
  • Working with the back office system - maintaining client files and details
  • Income reconciliation

You will possess the following attributes:

  • Ideally a recent University leaver educated to a degree level or Previous administrative experience
  • GCSEs C's and above
  • Must be positive, friendly and approachable
  • Conscientious worker with an eye for details
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Excellent communicator, friendly and approachable
  • Be able to commute to Leatherhead - this is not easily commutable on public transport
