Operations Administrator / PA to CEO - Leatherhead

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an Ops Admin & PA to CEO on behalf of a business in Leatherhead. We are seeking a candidate with HR experience, who is used to fulfilling a multitude of tasks which can vary from maintaining facilities of the building to taking minutes at board meetings. The candidate will be able to maintain a level of discretion, be proactive, willing and possess prior PA/Secretarial experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves to variety!

Duties:

  • Provide full admin support to the Operations Manager
  • Travel arrangements and arranging meetings
  • Board meeting support, collating agendas, minutes and board papers
  • Coordinate quarterly key performance stats and produce reports
  • Event planning for key events such as the Christmas party
  • Keep staff handbook up to date
  • Maintain the building in Leatherhead and Health and Safety requirements
  • Order equipment
  • New starter compliance and onboarding
  • Maintain holiday and sickness calendars
  • Look after the companies fleet of vehicles

Experience:

  • Must have minimum 2 years experience working as an Office Manager/PA
  • Minute taking experience
  • HR experience
  • Happy to work for a small company - and muck in with everything that's needed which may involve grabbing milk for the office
  • Must be proactive, and happy to get stuck in where needed
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Live locally to Leatherhead and able to commute to the offices as this is office based

This role does not offer Hybrid working, you will be required to work in the Leatherhead office 5 days per week. There is on site parking. Our client offers an excellent benefits package in return!
