Our client, a firm positioned for high growth in the Surrey area is looking for a Corporate Tax Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a CTA-qualified professional who is passionate about corporate tax advisory work, who is looking to work in the Redhill area and wishes to have a role which will evolve and grow.

The role offers real opportunities for complex tax planning work, including advising on corporate restructurings, share option schemes, managing and advising on the tax aspects of business sales and acquisitions. You will also be involved in a diverse portfolio and exposed to a growing number of  mergers and acquisitions from a planning perspective.

In this role, you will lead a small and growing tax team, mentoring and developing staff while ensuring smooth operations. Additionally, you will actively contribute to winning new business and identifying cross-selling opportunities within the firm, working closely with Partners to expand the client base and enhance service offerings.

Ideal candidates will be CTA qualified with strong corporate tax expertise, experience managing a team, and proven client relationship skills. A proactive approach to business development and identifying new opportunities is essential.
