This is a hands-on, multifaceted role in a close-knit office setting where collaboration is key. The ideal candidate will ideally have experience of using SAP and Excel skills and will be comfortable handling a variety of finance, HR, and facilities management duties.

Role Overview:The Finance Manager will oversee daily, monthly, and annual financial operations and manage transactional accounting functions. The role includes audit preparation and various administrative responsibilities across HR, facilities, and fleet management.

Key Responsibilities:Financial & Accounting Duties:

  • Manage daily transactions, including bank transactions, reconciliations, and purchase invoice input
  • Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Control functions
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, Profit & Loss reports, and VAT returns
  • Conduct SAP journal entries, prepayments, accruals, and intercompany reconciliations
  • Currency revaluation and stock valuation in SAP
  • Produce sales commission reports and track aged debtors
  • Complete audit preparations and liaise with auditors for year-end

Transactional Duties:

  • Manage bank payments, distribute bank statements, and input company expenses
  • Generate sales invoices, manage customer statements, and facilitate weekly management meetings
  • Process payroll and submit salaries to the accountant
  • Conduct monthly intercompany reconciliations and manage company car expenses
  • SAP experience is ideal
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in transactional finance management (AP, AR, Credit Control)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a variety of tasks
  • Comfortable in a small office environment, with strong interpersonal and communication
