Are you an experienced Financial Administrator looking for your next career move? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious wealth management firm with a focus on High Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net-Worth (UHNW) clients.

About the Firm: This Chartered independent wealth planning firm, based near Leatherhead, works with a select group of clients, offering whole-of-market financial advice. With assets ranging from £600k to £8m, they manage the affairs of 250 families across Sussex, Kent, and London. They have won numerous awards and take great pride in their exceptional client retention and involvement in the local community.

As a Financial Administrator in this firm, you will be part of a close-knit team supporting the business’s back-office operations, allowing the advisors to focus on providing top-tier financial planning.

The Role: The Financial Administrator will play a key role in the smooth operation of the business by handling a wide range of administrative duties across the wealth management function. You’ll assist with managing client records, data entry, and ensuring that everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.

This is a great role for an experienced Financial Administrator who enjoys working in a back-office capacity and is looking to progress their career in a supportive, dynamic environment. This role doesn’t require you to aspire to become a Paraplanner or Financial Advisor, but rather focus on providing critical administrative support for a high-performing team. Experience with Intelligent Office and Voyant is advantageous but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the back-office operations.
  • Manage client records, process data, and keep systems up to date.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all processes.
  • Deliver exceptional administrative service to support the team and clients.
  • Assist with the day-to-day tasks of a fast-paced wealth management firm.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Financial Administrator in wealth management or financial planning.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Experience with Intelligent Office and Voyant is preferred but not essential.

What’s on Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £30k - £40k (depending on experience).
  • Full training and onboarding to support your growth in the role.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including Death in Service, Critical Illness Cover, and Income Protection.
  • Professional development opportunities with ongoing CPD and support for industry exams.
  • Working closely with a dedicated Operations Manager and a supportive team of professionals.
