My client, a boutique financial planning practice based in Leatherhead, has been providing expert financial advice to high-net-worth clients for over 25 years. Known for their outstanding service, they work with a diverse client base, including business professionals, retirees, accumulators, and families, offering comprehensive advice in areas such as pensions, investments, tax planning, IHT planning, protection, and more complex strategies like VCT and EIS.

Due to an increase in new referrals and recommendations, the Managing Director is looking to expand the team and has created several new opportunities for experienced IFA Administrators with a background in wealth management or financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a team of paraplanners and IFAs, managing documentation, reports, and client correspondence.
  • Liaise with external service providers to ensure clients' needs are met.
  • Take ownership of cases based on your experience, potentially supporting a specific adviser and building strong working relationships.
  • Help maintain high levels of client service and ensure timely, accurate production of client-facing materials.
  • Excellent training and development opportunities, with the potential to progress into an advisory role.

About You:

  • Previous experience within a wealth management firm or FCA-regulated financial services practice is ideal.
  • Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with Intelligent Office software is a plus but not essential.
  • A proactive and organised approach to work with attention to detail.
  • Ambitious and willing to pursue further qualifications, such as the Diploma in Financial Planning, with full study support provided.
