Role Overview:
As a Team Leader within the Business Services team, you will play a key role in guiding and mentoring junior staff, ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and reviewing management accounts for both UK and multi-national companies.
- Offering expert guidance on VAT and PAYE matters, and reviewing VAT returns.
- Assisting start-ups with their financial journeys and providing crucial financial support.
- Leading the implementation of advanced accounting and computerised financial systems.
- Managing UK financial reporting for limited companies, LLPs, partnerships, and sole traders.
- Promoting team development through training, reviews, and mentorship.
- Strengthening client relationships through expert advice on a range of business topics.
What you'll need:
