Corporate Partnerships Executive Leatherhead, Surrey (Please check location before you apply -  KT22)Full time, Permanent, 37.5 hours. Hybrid/Flexible 3 days in the office, 2 days at home. £27,000 - £30,000 (Dependant on experience) Job Purpose

As the lead for our many and varied corporate partnerships, you will work with the wider events, community, and partnerships team to research, develop and support companies working with the organisation and ensure that we are creating mutually beneficial partnerships.

You’ll take responsibility for structuring and developing our pipeline of supporters, supporting our partners to make the most of their fundraising and encourage them to advocate on our behalf. With a creative flair, the ability to solve problems and remain customer/supporter focused, you will be expected to deliver a varied programme of fundraising initiatives and deliver and grow income budgets. This is an exciting time for corporate fundraising.  We have long-standing and committed supporters so this role will be pivotal in helping us to make the most of every opportunity.

Role Responsibilities

  • Income Generation - To proactively contribute to the achievement of the organisations voluntary income budgets as part of a dynamic and engaging fundraising team. Includes but not limited to Charity of the Year partnerships, grant applications from Corporate Foundations, and CRM development.
  • Account Management & Stewardship- Lead and develop existing corporate partnerships, supporting them to exceed their fundraising targets.
  • New Business Development - Structure and manage our pipeline of existing and prospective partners, focusing on both growth in the levels of support and income for the charity.
  • Programme management - Ensure that all activity is compliant with GDPR, fundraising regulations and the fundraising codes of conduct.
