Description

• Oversee and execute detailed demolition cost estimates
• Lead a team in the planning and execution of projects
• Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records
• Evaluate and manage project risk and contingency plans
• Foster a positive and safety-focused team environment
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in the Property industry
• Participate in team training and development initiatives

Profile

A successful Estimator in demolition should have:
