HR Systems Coordinator

Cobham, Surrey18-month fixed term contractUp to £35,000Our client is seeking a HR Systems Coordinator to join their collaborative HR team, working within a project team aimed at reviewing HRIS processes and implementing process improvements.Expertise in HR systems, data, and processes will be critical in managing stakeholder expectations, supporting the project team, and ensuring the system's ability to meet the evolving needs of the organisation. You will work closely with the HR Systems Lead and HR Operations Manager to ensure the system meets all functionality requirements, and ongoing support to optimise system performance.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement Gathering and stakeholder management:

  • Collect and document HR requirements to ensure the integrated HR system supports the organisations structures and operational needs.
  • Mapping HR processes (current and desired) to ensure smooth process improvements.
  • Ensuring a deep understanding of the HRIS system and future needs.
  • Regularly communicate with internal stakeholders, including HR, payroll, recruitment, and senior management, to ensure alignment and buy-in throughout the implementation and operational phases of the project.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for HR data within the system. Provide guidance on data integrity, best practices, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure that the integrated HR system can generate without disruption to the HR and payroll processes.
  • Assist the HR Systems Lead in overseeing the HR system landscape, ensuring that the integrated solution meets the ongoing needs of the organisation.
  • Focus on exceptional employee and manager experience when using the system.

Project Support:

  • Collaborate with the project team to drive system changes forward, adhering to project deadlines and delivering milestones on time.
  • Provide support post changes to resolve any system issues and optimise the HR system for continued effectiveness. Assist in system upgrades and enhancements as necessary.
  • Identify and implement improvements to HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HR legislation, trends, and systems best practices

  • You will have previous experience within HR systems and have an outlook of process improvement.
